Our Training History

Partnerships

In 1999, the demand for training emerged as a result of industry standards set by global corporations. Given the substantial risk involved, there was a pressing need for a reputable, recognized certification. In response to this, Radian H.A. Limited was founded in 2001, dedicated to delivering international training and consultancy services to the Construction and Petro-Chemical industries. At Radian, our commitment revolves around elevating local and regional industry standards through expert training, aligning closely with international benchmarks. Since our establishment, we have fostered an enduring partnership with Safety & Access, a prominent UK-based provider of CISRS Scaffolding training and Health & Safety consultancy, boasting over thirty (30) years of industry expertise. Additionally, we have forged a new collaboration with Getmie Safe UK to specialize in Rescue and Working at Heights training.

Our training courses are designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and effectively perform their duties. We offer a wide range of training courses, including CISRS Scaffolding, Rescue and Working at Heights, and Health & Safety. Our courses are delivered by highly qualified and experienced instructors, who are committed to providing a positive learning experience. We are dedicated to ensuring that our training is accessible to all, and as such, we offer a variety of training options, including open courses, in-house training, and bespoke training. Our training courses are delivered at our training facility in Plaisance Park, Trinidad, and Tobago.
